Is there such a thing as work at home computer jobs? I mean could it be possible that you could work from home and deal with computers at the same time? You are probably thinking, “Nope, you sure can’t, that kind of work needs to be done onsite.” Well you would be incorrect to make that statement.
With all the technology around today, there are many ways that individuals can have a work at home computer job. Let’s think about it. Now a day if you contact your computer company for some type of assistance, you are generally sent to a call center first. Well guess what, the call center is more than likely hundreds of thousands of miles away. As a matter of fact the call center is probably in a completely different time zone. Guess what that means? It means that your computer support person isn’t at a local location waiting for your call. He or she is probably somewhere like India or Bangladesh. That’s right. And you thought the guy with that really cool British accent was just someone who came here to the US and found a second job.
Or how about when you go on line and you are having problems with your laptop or PC and you click that little button that allows you to connect right away with someone in Technical Support for your PC. In two seconds they have popped up and have responded to you. And you’re thinking wow, what a great computer company I bought from. It’s 2:30 a.m. and they have a team working. Guess what, it’s probably not 2:30 a.m. from the call center or support center. It’s more than likely 2:30 p.m. and they aren’t anywhere in the United States of America. They’re in another country at least three time zones away.
Ah yes, things that make you say “hmmm?” right? Well guess what if they can do it, so can you. And the difference is that you can work out the comforts of your own home for or on someone else’s computer too. While larger companies tend to have the ability to outsource their work at home computer jobs to call centers in other countries. You will find that every now and then one of these companies will stay local. And when they do, that presents the perfect opportunity for you. So you can work at home on someone’s computer or answer someone’s computer question around your schedule; which could be at 2:48 p.m. or at 3:55 a.m.
